Through exploration, we may identify patterns and work through any underlying issues that are unresolved which may be contributing negatively to your mental, physical and spiritual well-being.

As a person-centred therapist, I provide 1-1 individual counselling to focus on your distinct needs and goals. With the approach I specialise in, I work in a non-directive way which means I respect you as the expert in your own life, able to make your own choices which are befitting for your personal circumstances and values.


In our work together I can help aid you in self-illumination, and it is my hope that you feel heard, understood and comfortable to seek a deeper sense of self, which in return allows for the possibility of change to move you towards more self-expression and coherence.
